New Quick-Release Motor and Wireless Remote-Control Options for the JDPOWER CM Lifter Range

ased to introduce a new quick-release motor system across its popular CM electric lifter range, including the CM340, CM439 and CM520.
The new models are available in two configurations:
- Q models feature the new quick-release motor system.
- QR models combine the quick-release motor system with wireless remote-control operation.
This new design helps protect important electrical components during transport while making each lifter more convenient to carry, store and service.
Quick-release motor system
On conventional electric lifters, the motor, controller and cable set remain attached to the machine during transport. With JDPOWER’s new quick-release system, the motor and controller assembly can be disconnected in seconds and packed separately.
This provides better protection for sensitive electrical components while the lifter is being transported. It also makes storage, handling and servicing easier, particularly for contractors who regularly move equipment between worksites.
The quick-release motor system is available on:
- CM340-Q and CM340-QR
- CM439-Q and CM439-QR
- CM520-Q and CM520-QR
Wireless remote-control operation
The new QR models also include wireless remote-control operation.
Without a control cable to carry or manage, operators have greater freedom when positioning equipment and can maintain a clearer view of the load and surrounding work area.
The remote-control system is designed to operate at distances exceeding 20 metres, with JDPOWER’s own testing achieving a reliable working range of approximately 30 metres.
Proven CM lifter performance
These new features build on the proven performance, portability and versatility of the JDPOWER CM lifter range.
The compact CM340 is ideal for smaller commercial and domestic installation work, particularly where access and storage space are limited.
The CM439 provides additional lifting height while remaining practical for regular transport and onsite use.
The trusted CM520 offers exceptional versatility, lifting:
- 90 kg to 4.9 metres
- 130 kg to 4 metres
- 140 kg to 3 metres
Its strong three-wheel base provides excellent stability, while independently adjustable legs allow it to operate on uneven ground, slopes and steps. One leg can also be folded inward to position the lifter closer to a wall, while the wheeled base allows sideways movement for accurate positioning in confined or difficult-access areas.
